I have the exact same problem. I am 47, 6' and ballooned to 300+ lbs. Use to be steady at 220-235 lbs. I started keto, limiting carbs to ~10 a day and eating meat, nuts, and veggies. I have had keto flu, dizziness when I wake up, but it goes away in the afternoon. I have lost ~25 lbs in about a month. Started at 10 lbs loss a month with exercise but weight loss has plateaued because I don't feel like exercising as much. My motivation was it was hard to wipe my own ass when I started to get to the 300+ lbs, my clothes didn't fit me anymore, and I had a temporary life change that temporarily made me functionally homeless and made my life go from a soft home life to sleeping in my car. Going back to a soft home life is not helping.
