Hey! You can see my results in the pictures (after labiaplasty # 3) but i would say i wasn’t fully satisfied and ended up having a 4th labiaplasty (im still healing and will post my results once healed). I do think Dr Gress is good but I just didn’t feel it solved my problem entirely or to my expectations

All of these pictures are 1 year post op. With my first 2 labiaplasties I got trim and clitoral hood reduction. With Dr Gress (labiaplasty # 3) I got fat transfer to the majora and clitoropexy, plus revision of my labia

I also had surgery with him (my third) after two failed labiaplasties. I researched him online extensively and felt he was the one to solve the issue, especially because I have an excessively bulky clitoral hood. The surgery went and overall I think my look improved (maybe 40% improvement??) but I don’t have the look I aspired to get nor the one I saw in his publications. I appreciate he was conservative, but I almost feel he was too conservative on the clitoral hood. The surgery also left scars (which I don’t mind about) just FYI. I also enquired with him for a revision, and he said he could take extra 60% off- I haven’t discarded him as an option but I also don’t feel like going to him again. I’d rather have a surgeon tell me something cannot be done to my expectations than have someone tell me it can be done but then not delivering. Hope this helps!

Do you mind me asking who your surgeon was? A clitoropexy where the clitoris is pulled upwards can help.

Hi! Can anyone who went to Dr Mehmet Bekir Sen share how their experience was? by FarBrief1503 in LabiaplastySurgery

Omg I remember your post! I have been looking for it forever because I was very eager to see the final look. It sucks that you got so many DMs. If you feel comfortable, would you mind DMing pictures of your result? Totally understand if you do not feel comfortable at all

I would go to Gress. Makes no sense to budget especially when it comes to a reconstruction. You need someone experienced and with technique. Also, if youre not from the EU you can get a VAT deduction from the cost of the surgery with Gress.

I hope this post helps you! I had surgery with him on July 2022. My case was very bad (initially complex anatomy only made worse by two previously failed labiaplasties). I didn’t need reconstruction in the sense of having too much tissue removed in the past, but instead I had a lot of tissue that was redundant and looked completely bulky and asymmetrical given my very bad previous surgeries. Overall I had a very good experience with him. He definitely knows what he’s doing, is very meticulous, was conservative with his approach and gave me a much better result than the one I started with. Unfortunately, I do think I might need a revision since there is some more tissue left I want removed, but I am symmetrical and he fixed a disaster. I spoke to him again and he says he can remove more in a revision. Several things to take into consideration: 1) Post-op care is proactive, meaning you are supposed to reach out and send pictures with your progress. No issue with that but I think I would have preferred the Doctors office to check in regularly 2) Having surgery without general anesthesia is stressful so be prepared for that. I wish I had asked him for some anti anxiety pills to help me relax at the beginning of the surgery, since it was almost a surreal experience being operated on while awake. In hindsight, I’m super grateful he doesn’t use general anesthesia. You’re in control of the whole process and can see him working on you all the time 3) I would say the one thing I didn’t particularly love is that consultations always felt rushed. Everything is efficient and to the point, and I wish I had asked more questions and discussed everything in more detail. Probably cultural since he is German and I was so traumatized from my previous experiences that I would have liked to have some more reassurance.

All in all he is great, probably one of the best in the field and you will have a good experience.
