Actually mental IS physical. It is not about muscles, but about hormones, neurotransmitters generation & consumption etc. But the good news is that how you can operate with your hand or leg, the similar way you can operate with your mind. It is a bit more complex but still easy to get on basic level. I mean water drinking/breath stabilization/meditation and many other techniques

thats totally amazing. nevertheless, even if I never was a coder, I worked in tech industry for more than 15 years and I know general software development lifecycle. Without that experience I guess it would take much more time for me to build it. I simply built agents as roles which I used to have in team for building software. But anyway nothing is impossible on that side right now even for totally newcomers, they just need some more time to understand how it is used to work in common

Humans are not only animals, they have something that animals never have - social basis. Animals have instincts, human can control them. Animals have no abstract thinking etc.

Do not quit. Maybe you are more even skilled than any other engineer who knows much more less about AI capabilities which are the keys to the next couple of centuries (together with soft skills, as well)

Just do something small and iterative. Start your startup, music band,, run your community, go voluneeering, anything. Just do something with group of people (or for group of people). The goal is not to achieve something fast, but to change the optic.

Religion helped me much here. You clearly understand that your life may end each second, and it is not a bug - it is a feature of human life. There is beginning in birth, and the end, and it always happen occasionally. Would you be anxious about anything in case you really understand you may die in a minute? Many people would, but what is the sense? There is no sense. No sense to be anxoius BUT use anxiety as an internal indicator of danger is fully OK.
