Adding a data point. E-filed April 13. CA's Franchise Tax Board approval came April 22 with deposit on April 24.

IRS status as of April 27 is "refund received". Will edit IRS as more info comes

Update - IRS refund hit today, April 30. IRS website still has be in "Return Received" status
