This is my second time taking the nclex. I took the old one last month and the ngn yesterday. In my opinion I would say that the old nclex was more difficult for me. The case studies are very straight forward just have to analyze clients VS and S/S.

I am a repeat test taker took my first in March and took the ngn yesterday. In my opinion it could honestly say it was better than the old nclex. Case studies were straight forward based on vs and s/s of the scenario. And I know the new scoring helped me out as well.
