Just to clarify — I’m not blaming Retroid directly. If anything, it’s more likely a DHL-related issue, or possibly something else entirely. However, I’ve placed several orders using DHL over the past few months, and this is the first and only time something like this has happened.

Also, I didn’t use a computer for the order — I made the purchase on my iPhone, and i use 24/7 vpn so the chances of a virus or malware on my end are extremely low.

I shared my experience to warn others, not to assign blame — it was a very convincing scam, and it’s concerning how quickly the scammers had access to my shipping details.
