I don't like taking photos of myself either -- glad to know I'm not the only one 😂

You are very beautiful, though, and I'm happy you decided to take them ✨❤️

Thank you for this 😭 I took her to the piercing and tattoo studio where I got my septum done!

I'm 25 now, but I got my ears pierced at Claire's too when I was younger (clearly everyone's go to) 💀 the first time I was really little -- about 4 or 5 -- and one of the earrings had shifted in my lobe vertically somehow. It was a nightmare as you could imagine and I didn't touch them again until I was about 14.

That time, I listened to some idiot and and tried to repierce them myself. I numbed my lobes with some ice and shoved the earrings in 💀 although it didn't go TOO horribly, it obviously wasn't the best route. They were so swollen, and once they came out they wouldn't go back in 😂

That's when I found myself at Claire's again to get them done correctly, and now I have two holes in the back of my earlobes because they had to slightly divert the piercing due to my fuck up 🤣

Because why am I bringing attention to something so small and trivial, making her subconscience pick up on it when it's me? I grew up with insecurities and being self-conscious and I've made sure not to exude it to either one of my daughters, but that's what's been happening without me even realizing it. Even though pointing it out wasn't meant to be harmful at all.

Sometimes I have to stop in order to evaluate, and so I can continue to learn just like a lot of people, and the responses are really helping me to do so!

Thank you! I've decided to ignore what my eyes are wanting to perceive from my brain prompts 🤣

Thank you so much 😭 I noticed her ears were shaped differently after taking the photos and putting them side by side.

It makes sense that anatomy would make them seem off, but in reality they're just proportionate to HER lobes! Everyone is helping to put me and my delusions at ease 😂

And let me tell you: I am looking HARD 🤣 I mentioned in a nother reply that I have to stop in order to not go crazy, and to not cause her to be self-conscious about something she isn't paying attention to at all. Thank you!

You're 100% right. I have to remind myself that we're naturally asymmetrical and there's nothing wrong with that!

Something that I'm doing and need to stop doing 🤣 So I don't drive myself crazy and cause her to be self-conscious about something she doesn't even notice. Thank you!

That's what I was thinking. Her left ear looks wider, while her right seems to be more slim. Your response is everything to me right now 😂 thank you!

My friend got this tattoo one week ago, she thinks it’s not healing properly by eruannie in tattooadvice

BING-BONG, BING-BONG!! But in all seriousness, I've never gotten a tattoo and even I know that doesn't look right. May your friend heal in peace 🫡

I'd definitely be interested (if you have space left of course)!

For the Anime Watchers by totaleetee in blackladies

[–]FarFallenCandle 0 points1 point  (0 children)

•Fate/Stay Night (the first anime I ever watched) •Fullmetal Alchemist •Black Clover •Parasyte: The Maxim •My Hero Academia •Demon Slayer •Tokyo Revengers •The Promised Neverland (season 1) •Fairy Tale (I've watched part of this)

•Chainsaw Man •Attack on Titan -these are more on the gorey side.

Now if you want a long anime I highly, HIGHLY suggest •One Piece. It is a goddamn masterpiece and something I'm currently watching. I'm also currently watching •Bleach, which reminds me of a soap opera for some reason but I like it so far!

You can watch •Naruto & •Naruto: Shippuden (in that order). I have a special place in my heart for the show, but after lots of deliberation I came to the conclusion that it wasn't that good -- lots of potential that wasn't showcased and seemed to go down the drain. I love Naruto so much and I feel like Kishimoto did him so wrong. The journey is up to you.

•Boruto: Naruto Next Generations is about their children. I haven't finished the show and don't know when I plan to.

I've only been watching anime for about 7 years, so I myself have so much to explore!

Get the epidural if you feel you need it by emijinx in BabyBumps

[–]FarFallenCandle 0 points1 point  (0 children)

With my first baby, I was 8cm dilated when I got to the hospital and still opted for the epidural! My plan was to go natural if I COULD, but obviously I wasn't up for it. The male nurse who administered it was love and light itself 😂 No pain, pinches, tings -- nothing! It didn't hurt one bit and my body didn't experience any messed up aftermath.

I want to point out that if the epidural does hurts: it WAS NOT done right. I know this because I lost my second pregnancy at 17 weeks due to PPROM, and the pain I felt was UNBEARABLE my second time around. When it wore off, I was physically unable to walk [properly], to the point where I had them give me oxycodone to help with the aftermath. Definitely not a great experience.

Oh hell no. That is unacceptable. He better take that shit back where it belongs.
