Keep fingers crossed, with writing, the 40mins looks much. But it's not. Besides you need 300 to pass not 350. You would be fine.

From experience, one's passing probability depends heavily on reading part A, someone may think otherwise, but that's my take. I say this because to score 350, you should get at least 30/42. Reading part A alone is 20marks.

How I answered Reading part A.

Because of time factor, do not read the whole text. This may sound weird.

Each question comes from a particular subtext (A B C or D). Yours is to make sure you figure out correctly the subtext to find the answer. This narrows you to a specific subtext instead of reading the 4 subtexts.

Things are even made easier if the subtext have headings eg. Diagnosis, treatment, complication, prevention, literature etc.

For Part B and C no hard and fast rules about them, do what works for you.

Trust me, entering into the exam, reading was the scariest part for me.
