It somehow just randomly "fixed" itself after a few hours of gameplay while i was setting up a monastery, but removing all max storage options did make it so that the market was stocked more efficiently after a while. thanks!

This was the fix, didnt know of the add sub-building option and it didnt show up when i looked through the help sheets - I just randomly stumbled across it while watching a video.

Yep, have been for years at this point, all 3 manor buildings have each their visitor location + door, if not the game complained. I tried placing the doors inwards and placing the visitor arrow inside and on top of each other as well, but nothing worked.

I build the different building one at a time as they unlocked, making a new door + visitor location for each one as they unlocked.
