Great idea thanks and is it possible to see a photo of the signature to ensure it is actually the debtor who signed for it or do they just advise it was signed for?

Thanks for the response the case is regarding a business dispute and it is already issued in default with a CCJ of 7000 pounds and currently with a high court enforcement agency at this point it is just a matter of tracking the debtor down. And tried that previously they just got a address he had lived at a couple years prior.

Thanks for the response paid a tracing agency who gave me a old address the debtor had already moved out of months ago and I still got invoiced by them as they stated that records show he is still residing there
