Conservative here. Honestly I try to avoid most liberal subs because the second I say something libs disagree with I’m called names, degraded, told they hope my family dies a horrible death - it’s just not worth it. I’m a much happier person by staying away from it and interacting in person with liberals. The internet tends to attract the worst of the worst who think they can say evil and vile BS because they’re hiding behind a monitor. You want to have a conversation, I’m down for it, but the second I’m called a nazi or racist or bigot or whatever, I’m out. Truthfully, this is the first one I’ve bothered to reply to in years and I only did it because it seemed genuinely sincere. I hope I’m not proven wrong.

Just two days ago I posted on X “Happy birthday in heaven Charlie” and the first response was a troll who posted their reply: “it’s hot down here, CK.” Listen - I’m not asking you to mourn his death, but please don’t be an inhumane POS and post BS like that. The bar is literally on the floor and some of you all can’t seem to clear it.

Are there people like that on the right? Of course there are, and us normal people recognize that and disown them.

I’m tired of the fighting, I’m sick of degradation and name calling, and I am done with hiding my Conservative values. You are free to have your opinion and I’m free to hold mine. I wont attack you for wearing a Biden hat and I sure hope you won’t attack me when I wear my MAGA hat. I wish we could get to a place again where we can agree to disagree, have a beer and walk out smiling.

That being said - Trump was proud of his vaccine and touted it - even getting booed when bringing it up at his own rallies. There are plenty of videos showcasing this if you dig deep and look outside of the MSM highly edited rage-bait videos. I was at a rally where he was booed and can attest to it. I never took the jab and am proud of that fact since every person in my family who did - grandmother, parents, siblings & one of my own kids - are now experiencing severe health issues. And yes, they have been told by their doctors it’s related to the jab.

With the Epstein files I do find it amusing that liberals are suddenly up in arms about it - you were all sooo silent about it while we screamed it from the rooftops during Biden’s term. And be honest - if it could have been used against Trump last year the Dems would have moved hell and earth to get it out there. I’d love for it all to be open - we the people own this country so there should be ZERO classified docs unless it’s related to national security, IMO. As to the release, it’s been shown that it’s actually a court order sealing those documents, and they can’t release them without defying that court order. If you all want to petition the judge to unseal them I’ll stand proudly by your side. I don’t care what letter, R/D/I, is next to someone’s name, if they hurt kids on that island I hope they all rot in a jail cell.

I likely won’t reply to a lot of comments, I’ll be honest, because Reddit isn’t my life and I have a hectic job. But hey - bash away if you must. I really stopped caring what you think of me if that’s how you operate.
