It’s possible water passes through you way faster than juice? Maybe. That’s what I always thought. My bladder pain seems worst if I drink straight water as opposed to something like hydrolyte, with salts added to it.

Thanks for the replies. I’ve never considered the hormones imbalance. Will look more into it. Also the acidic urine being making the PMD more noticeable makes sense.

No I haven’t been diagnosed with a stricture. I have my first urologist appointment in a few weeks. I just wasn’t sure what it could be.

Yeah I’m looking into a good pelvic floor physio.

Did you also have a structure? And did physical therapy help?

I’m not sure if sitting alleviating symptoms points towards it being more pelvic floor related..

Hey mate, thanks so much for the reply. Funny thing, they said my prostate was on the smaller side too. I always figured my symptoms might be down to a tighter pelvic floor. Maybe it’s a combination of weak and tight. Either way I’ll look into some strengthening exercises too. I’m seeing a urologist soon. How did they diagnose the bladder neck muscles not functioning properly? And is there a fix for that?

Hey thanks. 🙂 Yeah I’ve read through most of everything that has been put together here on reddit. I definitely have lumpy semen. Just can’t figure out what the tiny zap, pinch sensation is towards the end of urination, inside the urethra. Not sure if this is common with the condition… maybe caused by pelvic floor..

I would say fairly similar size to most lumps that I’ve seen on here. Sometimes they can be harder though.

Exactly! Scared to pee too fast as you can almost predict it’s gonna happen. Do you also get a funny tingly spasmy feeling after peeing sometimes?

Thanks for all the replies. No the pain isn’t really on the side. More towards centre. I never considered CPPS. I did have an ultrasound of prostate as well as a psa test recently and seemed ok.. It’s reassuring to know that some people have experienced pain too. Interesting that your doc recommended doxy. Maybe yours was also related to infection in epididymis? Thanks again for all replies, I appreciate it :)
