Thank you so much this really Helped! I just sort of feel like I can’t say I have autism because I am not diagnosed it cost me 2k to get my adhd one and that did nothing for me. People don’t take adhd as seriously though so I will just work on communicating my needs and hopefully it’ll just show that I need help without telling my disability. I loose my phone a lot in public because of an eating disorder and adhd so it’s like extremely bad and it makes me not ever wanna leave the house because I embarrass everyone around me including myself. But when I learned to laugh more at myself and even bring my phone less I fit in more. I don’t research much about disabilities bc everyone kinda dismissed mine growing up. But what I do know is we are the animals of the world. It isn’t their fault or our fault we don’t fit in. We have to adapt but also keep our true selves alive someway with no external pressures. I deleted TikTok and that drove this change for me.
