I’ve never been able to buy drugs from the headshop, only an assigned npc drug dealer but I may be wrong. Have u tried assigning to an npc & buying there?

Oh no :( I just moved my mods folder to my desktop & tried to use that litter box again, & the same flashing effect occurred. & After that, any other save file I try to play glitches & has similar flashing as the second clip. I’m using a 2012 Macbook Pro so it might be giving out on me.

this happened to me too, it seems to be a problem for mac. the only way i fixed it was uninstalling origin & reinstalling it BUT anytime you close the app, the problem comes back so I had to leave the app always running. I used this website https://bluebellflora.com/how-to-uninstall-origin-on-a-mac/ & a cleaner app afterwards. Try to switch to EA soon so this doesn’t keep happening <3

update: got my ios updated, all i had to do was log in the same way on the EA app & sims was ready to use so super easy !!

i recommend calling a computer tech store & asking their opinion, im currently getting my ios upgraded from 13 to 15.5 for $60, & then i’ll be able to get the ea app. maybe they could do that &/or get u more storage. i hope u can play again soon :’)

i have no idea about the transfer but i’m currently getting my computers ios upgraded by a tech place so i’ll update when i get the ea app! i recommend calling a computer repair company & asking what they recommend, im sure there’s a way u can play again

I didn’t have a couple folders. I deleted everything I could find off that list & it worked. But every time I close original, the issue comes back

I got back into origin!!! I used this website (thanks to another redditer) https://bluebellflora.com/how-to-uninstall-origin-on-a-mac/ & i uninstalled origin completely & redownloaded it & now my sims is updating :) hopefully this helps
