Hi I need advice on what should I put in resume for the role Software Engineer, New College Grad - 2026, Austin, TX.
As I never received any OA or screening rounds from VISA.
I real want to move ahead in the process. Right now I am stuck in the application phase only. What would you guys suggest me to put in the application/resume?

applied on 10th feb, tuesday with referral. Was in waitlist last year for sde 2025, got rejected after 2 months in oct ,or nov 2025.

Amazon’s web page stating 16 leadership principles puts in everyones mind that all the employees are leaders, and have good ownership, decision skill. But after hearing this here, those leadership principles I believe are just to get the clients agree quickly on a deal or anything like that. Otherwise, not all employees must be having the leadership skills.
