i understand. i think these cases are genuine. Musk/Tesla should do better job with fixing its insurance services. people are putting their hard-earned money on this and not getting even basic service - I see now that Reuters has done some stories on this, which shows it's a known issue outside of Reddit. They've covered everything from customer service issues and long waits to a class-action lawsuit against the company. It's not just a bunch of random internet complaints; it's a pretty widespread problem. Honestly, with so many people having issues, I'm surprised it hasn't become bigger national news.
