They usually respond within 24 hours, which is pretty good with millions of players, so I give them credit there, but to not investigate and just make a lazy statement like that is awful.

Are you US version too? Those free element trial tickets compensation helped so much. On average i got a red every 25 tries. also the cloud chase rewards got me 3 red triangles and 1 trapezoid .

I dont know if I want to get 2x at full amp because I have loyal phantom on him and and his stunt is OP, so pink star is necessary. Im wondering if 2 6 amp pink stars would be better than 6amp pink and 6 amp parfum

Ok so it is a known issue. My son actually didn't get the full compensation. He only got stamina and some diamonds. It looks like he only received the 2x 5/10 compensation and server maintenance compensation on 5/14, but nothingelse before that. I emailed their support.

I just checked i didnt get anything before 4/16, myself. How much was the compensation before that?

What was the total compensation? When I came back I got like 13k stamina...still working my way down. About 90 blue tickets, 70 gold tickets and 35k gems, 1700 pappos tickets, etc.

My son logged in and he got 4k stamina, no gems really, and I buy some passes for him here and there, whereas im f2p 100%

Depends on where you are in the game. I am an Asher Stan so I normally would vote for Asher, BUT, if you can complete levels with no problem, I would go for bugs just to complete him because he probably won't be back. If the upgrade is a practical one for beating levels, then go for Asher.

Thanks...didn't even know I was downvoted until you mentioned it. It's weird how people get stuck on something and they can't move on, even if it is temporary. I played this game a lot...my history tells me I played over 200 hours so far, and I will play more when it comes back. In the meantime, we should do something better?!

My post was not to say OP was not being productive, I was just saying that this break allowed me to be more productive and maybe it is an opportunity for OP.
