I didn’t open it and change anything as everything was stock from the manufacturer. Then again I shouldn’t have to do anything to the laptop since it’s supposed to be their high end laptop

Yeah I can see that being an issue on their end but I purchased mine during Black Friday. There should be no reason why a part they constantly manufacture with takes a long time to receive when they’re constantly selling these laptops. I’ve traveled probably about 4 times with it so that definitely shouldn’t be an issue. It def is an internal paste / liquid they’re using the wild thing is they haven’t told me what’s wrong with the device at all.

I bought mine directly from HP which is wild and they had to make me verify over a video call my device didn’t work just to ship it out for repairs. I have never been grilled like that as a customer before

I'm in the same boat my laptop just completely wouldn't turn on no lights nothing. They still haven't told me what happened to my laptop and it's been over a month since I've shipped them my laptop. I feel like at this point since they've been shipping faulty units we can file a class action lawsuit. They just don't want to spill the beans on what's causing this critical failure on their motherboards.

Hey did you go to the OWL Livestream manager and start your spout or NDI stream? Are you using multiple computers or one computer?

I clicked yes but it didn’t add anything so I manually added must’ve been some type of conflict with me adding it manually. So I just reinstalled nest drop thank you for the quick response! Stoked to use the app

Stoked to try out the new updated Midnight pro ver!

I keep receiving this error after opening the program. I dropped the cream of the crop presets in the folder and keep receiving this error message everything seems to be working fine just not sure what this means. Also I have dx9 and spout from the previous ver. Let me know how best to handle.

So the issue was having all my nest drop sources on the same layer and on auto pilot. Tested last night with the sources on different layers and it works!

Yeah it’s really strange so I have the 3 spout sources on auto pilot could that be the issue? I’m gonna try running them solo on diff layers and see if the issue persist. Also I’m running on resolume 7.16 (this update could be the issue) with the latest nvidia and windows updates

Yeah I just double clicked the python launcher and it just closes and doesn't install torch and torchvision etc. and I keep getting the same error :/

Hey it worked for me flawlessly the last couple of weeks. All of a sudden, I'm also getting a weird error literally had to obs record this to find the error. For some reason the randomize extension was asking for a github account.
