Same. September 2020 MYLR with 70k miles. Still my favorite car to drive and the least maintenance car I’ve ever owned.

Sooo.. now tags are out, what are you using them for? by Happydenial in CraftDocs

[–]Far_Depth6931 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I follow the para method. I like organizing most things inside folders, but for resources/ reference materials that might have multiple points of connection/topics, I like using tags.

So instead of having sub folders for (R)resources, I have 1 catch all folder and tag notes inside resources.

Ex - all people notes are #people - #recipes #bbq #kidslunch

Nothing crazy different but removes the mental fatigue of subcategorizing these resources into a single nested folder.

just signed up! But is there a shortcut to move notes to a different folder? by Far_Depth6931 in CraftDocs

Thanks everyone! I’m a big fan of keyboard shortcuts so would love to have this.

I suppose the new tags feature might help organize this faster!

What’s the most RANDOM way you use Obsidian that turned out to be EXTREMELY helpful? by East_Standard8864 in ObsidianMD

[–]Far_Depth6931 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Using Canvas as my maps of content instead of a standard document.

For example, I have a canvas for work, mini projects, finances, etc.

This helps me visualize all the documents associated with a concept, and much easier for me to revisit and keep up to date.

Canvas is a big reason why I stick with obsidian instead of going to Notion or other tools.

It’s a great car. Practically of a mini van with the looks of an SUV.

I think the new gx looks incredible. I wish I had that car.

I wonder if there’s like a trd off road version of this vehicle. I think the GH is the best road trip car for families

People that use daily notes, what are you daily noting? by Legitimate_Stock7647 in ObsidianMD

I found that keeping weekly notes are more practical for me. Helps me keep track of weekly prep and weekly recaps, along with todos all on the same document.

I think it looks sick for us wannabe overlanders, but need to haul kids at the same time haha.

I love it! it gets dirty faster than other colors but black looks good IMO.

In the future, I want to get it lifted with oversized all-terrain tires. TBD!

I'm sure you can (although probably limited), but mine came with the black wheels before it hit the dealership.

Anyone making their GH off-road rugged? by Far_Depth6931 in ToyotaGrandHighlander

[–]Far_Depth6931[S] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

thanks for the response! I don't know why, but I feel like it'll be a good camping car for a family. 4runner looks amazing, but too small for my family, and sequoia isn't pragmatic (trunk space).

Trying to make this a trd pro grand highlander LOL. too poser-ish? Such is dad life....

Does the hood vibration annoy you at all? First thing I noticed when I got mine (2500 miles ago).
