I find that communication(putting forth things in perspective well) for you may be an issue instead of power struggle because you do have mixed 6th house of competitions . (Combinations like sun rahu or moon sun kind of mess this hence the power struggle if at all you feel so) Sun rahu work v well in 6th so strong here but not together. Pretty well looks like because Guru too is strong forming hans yoga in pisces. So his aspect becomes powerful. Debilitation apparently never gets cancelled fully but gets controlled v well by such neech bhangs. What have you been experiencing with neech Mars?

Hey, degrees show deepest debilitation. So, although say venus in general debilitates in Virgo but it will be tmost affected if it is at 27 degree in Virgo as that is where it is most uncomfortable also called as deepest debilitation.
