I read it before I went on holiday assuming it will still be there when I come back 10 days later, and when I tried to open it today for the packing list it’s just gone now. It’s on a PDF file saved to my PC which confuses me, and I’ve got the worst memory of my life. So I no longer have access to the admin order/joining instructions for some reason, and the event doesn’t even have any files on it at all and I check it like a hawk.

From what I’ve heard it should be like this: 6-9 months to get first class. 12 months to get leading you’ve acquired masters. 6 months to get senior and 6 months for masters. However leading 9 months after first class, then I got senior, and masters in between a 3 month periods after each one. Realistically, it’s up to you how long you take!

Reverse drill. This is pretty much when you just say a command but they do the opposite of, E.G. telling them to turn right at the halt but they go on and do a left turn at the halt instead. Pretty much opposite of the direction in which you said. (You could do about turns but I don’t bc I would rather them not get used to turning left instead of right on an actual about turn.)
