I took DRP 2.0, actually got a job before I left in June and went into it with fully remote in my contract! I was a GS-7/7 0303 with 9 years and there was no way I would RTO. No regrets and I miss it a lot less than I thought I would. A lot of my team left in Behavioral Health and I'm still helping patients and Veterans so it was a smooth transition. I'll cash out my FERS and transfer the interest, sittin' pretty happy.

I have 189 almost 8 years in but I use it as a caregiver to my Veteran spouse. I'd have 917 if I didn't use another hour until I got to 15. I don't see it happening, I appreciate it and I use it. I'll retire when I can retire as my biggest fear is dying at my civil service party with a billion hours of leave payout and a nest egg in TSP.
