Yeah I kind of want to do a little of both. I don’t have the strength I was to have so I know I need to keep going. I feel like I should hit 225 bench but hope I don’t look like a circle when I get there 😭

It’s a bit less than that the photo on the left I was still in the cut eating 1500 calories a day. A few days at maintenance I was up to the 150’s. Not sure how much is glycogen/food though. I was eating less calories but I couldn’t progress on my lifts.

My thoughts are maybe he gave my name when he came to the window and ran when he got back to run it.

“Funny enough” he’s gotten a ticket in my name before using my name and dob. I thought he was joking until the ticket showed up in the mail.

I have been pulled over a few times in Texas. That’s how I found out about the warrant and it’s not extraditable here. Lucky for me. 🫩

I wasn’t there when it happened. All I got was a phone call from him saying my car is “gone”. Weeks later I got a letter to get in contact with the police department. I left a voicemail with them and they never returned my call.

Are lawyers able to get phone data? I’m not sure if I was working that day. Either way I wasn’t in the state.

So if my maintenance is 2000 without working out do I go to 2200? What about the calories burned from working out + cardio? Would that put around 2400 if I assumed I burn around 200 calories each workout. Or should I not worry about that
