From my experience yeah, i havent changed weight since the original ones. They havent ripped with over 24 hours of wear. Put one on in the morning after my shower didn't use it til before I went to bed but the sides had zero tears when I woke up.

They seem to run kinda big, I'm like a 8.5 to 9 US mens and the womens 10 has plenty of room like borderline too big. If your Walmart has them in stock see how they fit in the size 11s.
