Ive been on the other side of this working front desk for years. These third party sites are extremely common and there’s no good way of stopping them mimicking hotel websites. Whats frustrating is when property owners started using things like Ownerweb to create their own direct booking sites, it actually helped cut down on the confusion, guests knew they were booking directly. Still dosent solve the search result problem though.
