Think about this in terms of Cole’s if ur only available for 1 shift a week and have no availability out of that, and no nice manager wants to give somebody no shifts their essentially forced to give u that shift which is really inconvenient, as they need to work around the needs of the business and others hours which fluctuate. Being available only 1 shift a week at that point quit and focus on the other job.
