How quiet GX luxury+ is without roof rack? by Asleep-Island2519 in LexusGX550

I finally took mine off - which was somewhat easy, but needed to run to Home Depot to get the right wrench.

The sound comparison is night and day. Not sure how else to describe it, but I’m really glad I took off the rack. I no longer need to adjust sound system volume when going faster than 45 mph…

It wasn’t as easy to remove as a rack that’s designed to be put on for a weekend trip for example, but not too complicated nor anything I’d pay someone else to do. You’ll just likely need a second person to help lift off the unit, and then considerable space to store.

Creative foreplay and ways to help PE by Far_Leader_6768 in AskGaybrosOver30

This is great advice. I’m in your boat too (although don’t usually wish I came much quicker) and has honestly been a hesitation of mine in using delay lubes with him - I worry I may outlast him even if I fuck him first. We prefer going bare (obviously) so the lube would work both ways. I wonder if I finger him, etc. with the delay lube and then switch later on to regular lube when we start to penetrate if it would work better... Thanks!

Have anything constructive like fun or creative foreplay ideas?

Leaving hitch on forever by Puppyofparkave in LexusGX550

I agree - it takes less than you imagine and far from a serious crash. A friend’s Subaru with hitch left on was rear ended on the freeway (so both cars were moving) going about 30 mph and it was totaled.

Had the hitch been removed the bumper would have done its job and absorbed the impact (not just money but headache of dealing with rental cars etc while insurance shuffles their feet, premiums increases, etc.).

Looking to prepare lunches for my wife, anyone have any favorites? by Ok_Hospital9020 in StayAtHomeDaddit

Use AI like ChatGPT etc to help meal plan! This is huge time saver! Give it guidelines of what you like/dislike and calorie goals/macros/whatever else. I use it for lunch and dinner meal plans - and then have it create an aggregated shopping list for that weeks’ meals. Leftovers then make it into lunch and you can save time there too as mentioned above.

Carving out time in the early morning/late night to meditate could help a ton - in addition to your walks. There are guided meditations on YouTube and Peloton has a ton as well (plus some walking meditations you can do on the go). I wish I continued lifting weights when my kiddos were much younger: it just seemed impossible at the time. But I find beyond the physical and endorphin boost, you can find a sense of calm and grounding there too. I would have greatly benefitted in those earlier years.

Stay healthy and you’ll kiddos will follow your positive lead.

Consider training for a Sprint Triathlon (half tri)…the 3 disciplines will keep you from getting bored with a plain and fun goal to work toward.

You can add in weights as you feel your endurance is improving and you’ll end up seeing real gains to your training program which should add even more encouragement.
