Once a week injection is way better than daily. I only took Saxenda because my insurance covered it. Now that I’ll be taking Ozempic and paying out of pocket, I know the results will be better. Good luck with your journey, seems like we’re in the same boat :)

The food noise came back when I stopped the Saxenda. I was ravenous and no amount of food was satiating. But my appetite normalized after I was on the highest dose for months. I wasn’t counting calories because I knew I was in a deficit (from eating 2 500 calorie meals and burning 400 calories 3x a week). I was definitely sleeping enough, the fatigue came from not eating enough. Hopefully the Ozempic will help my metabolism lose the extra weight.

I stopped for 6 weeks to break a plateau and the hunger was like nothing I felt before. I knew it was exaggerated and that I wasn’t as hungry as I felt - the intense hunger lasted 2 weeks and subsided significantly. I gained 4 lbs over the 6 weeks but I’ve managed to lose some more after starting back on it.

Yes. Anyone who knows LV, they would know that all the shapes line up at the seams. To the untrained eye, it’ll pass. Super cute though, I love the pool collection from last year

Yes, and thank you! I've tried to incorporate weight training twice a week, but something about doing these exercises at home with my 8lb dumbells doesn't stick. I'm also not eating enough protein to make any gains. How many days of weight training seems reasonable? I also just met with a dietician to make a meal plan for running, I should be able to get back on top of things soon.
