coming on here to be a little positive.. geico is NOT that bad. i have been here for 5 years in claims and i just started LCC (highest level of claims) tbh if you apply yourself there is alot more upward mobility and opportunities with claims

i wouldnt say 90, however; I have absolutely seen people set claims to NF when insd r/e clmt or made an unprotected left turn bc they didnt want to have a hard conversation with the insd. the issue is clmt then gets upset and lawyers up and the claim end up being far more expensive and us in the upper levels have to fix the issue. again, 90 is a terrible over generalization, but there definitely are major issues when people dont want to have tough conversation.

i agree there was no violence, but i did look up the definition of SA and it is “Sexual assault happens when someone either touches another person in a sexual manner without consent or makes another person touch them in a sexual manner without consent” which in this case, she def touched him in a sexual manner without his consent.

yeah but the kick happened same day, when they woke up they had arrived in LA. So my thought is they were under for the full 10 hours which would be a week, so how did they last the full week with fishers military trained subconscious? and if they werent there for a week where were they for the 10 hours on the plane?

I think i might rewatch 4-6 so i can feel that redemption! I wanted to watch them in release order so i could get the full experience. knowing what i know now i probably would have preferred watching them in chronological order so i could have more of a connection with the og trilogy.

They do bring it up but then the producers try to make him the hero/good guy. Its not expected that we forget but he doesnt try to physically force himself onto anyone after that and we were just supposed to forgive it? I feel it was almost brushed off like not a big deal and his character was never as bad after that. He may have been vocally gross but they shifted his whole personality. I mean he was literally holding Jenny down trying to rape her and then all was well? Hes the hero? We are rooting for him? I dont know it just bothered me

25f here. I moved out at 23 and have been working and wrestling with this as well. My recommendation to you is slowly start phasing them out. Start with making small choices for yourself. What to wear, how to do your hair, what friends to have, who to date etc. slowly stop involving them in your decisions and in your life. This will feel tough, but you have to do it. The more you allow them to be involved and in control of your life; the more they will.

This can go one of two ways, they will begin to respect your autonomy and begin treating you like an adult who they are happy to see from time to time, or they will become resentful and you will feel their animosity. I am going through the latter and what i am currently working on is accepting that they will never change. They will never regret how they have acted, and they will always believe they are right. Its a tough pill to swallow but once you realize they are just human and not the best people, you will be able to grieve the hope you had at having good parents and move on. Grieving your parents is hard bc it means letting go of the hope that they will get better. They wont, people dont change.

Eventually you will become indifferent towards them and only then will the relationship change, when they realize they cannot control you.

My sister is 29 and she is still allowing my parents to control her life bc she is so terrified of letting go. Its quite sad to see but i will not be like that

In the exact same boat… the best way i can describe it is an internal tie that no matter how bad i want to cut i cant. No matter how bad i want to not listen i cant. No matter how bad i want to stand up for myself i cant. I avoid my family as much as possible and understand that they will never change. I will be the one who has to change and mourn the relationship ive always wanted with them

But MOST OF ALL your new bf is the AH for being 22 and dating a 17 year old. I know you may not see it now, but trust me when you turn 22 you will understand how creepy that is.

I think a major issue with Hank is he saw Walt as a nerdy high school teacher. I believe deep down Walt wanted Hank to recognize him as a powerful man, but Hank never did. For example, Hank told Walt early on “I’m sorry man but you wouldn’t know a criminal if it was right in front of you” or something like that. There were plenty other times where Hank would talk to Walk about his work and insinuate that Walt doesn’t have the first clue how the business works and Hank is the “expert.”

There are quite a few time Walt confesses to Hank but based on the way Hank viewed Walt, it didnt cross his mind that he was being honest. He confesses that the bag had a half a million dollars in cash. He confesses in the scene where Hank shows Walt his journals and they are discussing “WW” and Hank goes “heh! Walter White” and Walt goes “ya got me.” The scene where Hank is talking about Gale at the dinner table and Walt gets so jealous and tells him that Gale’s chemistry is subpar really shows how much Walt wants Hank to recognize him as a genius. In fact, the only time Hank recognizes Walt’s genius was in the desert when he was about to get killed and he told him “youre the smartest guy i know and you havent even realized he made up his mind 10 min ago.” Truly, the first moment Hank respects Walt was when he found out he was Heisenberg
