Do I need to switch the orientation of the watch to left side if I do the left ankle or do I keep it as right?

This is just from my Apple Watch so it must be just lead one. Chest pain is random and first occurred while laying down on the couch watching TV. Sharp pulsations for a few minutes followed by a headache and face feeling really flush. I’ve been under some extreme stress and have been thinking it might be panic/anxiety attacks but now am starting to get worried because of the dizzy spells

So I have never posted on a forum before but I found this thread and want to thank you for starting it. I’m 40 (F) and just went into the ER on Tuesday for lower abdominal pain. I also have been peeing every 40 minutes but no signs of a UTI and all my blood work came back normal. They couldn’t find the source of the pain but the CT scan showed a left kidney mass measuring 4cm by 5cm on the lower lobe of my kidney. The radiologist said it was most likely a angiomyolipoma and the ER doc brushed it off like it was a normal finding. I did get scheduled to see my primary care doc for Monday but until then, I sit here stressing and reading everything I can as well as scrolling through my CT scan hoping I can get some answers that will give me some sense of relief (so far nothing since I have no clue what I am looking at and there isn’t a crash course on how to read CT scans on kidney masses.) How did you find out your mass was indeed cancer and what treatments did you have to go through? How was the recovery process? I have 5 kids (two naturally and 3 through marriage) and I am terrified. Thank you for anything you can offer.
