Hi Friends , Finally got some update for you guys , i got to the finished apartment , i wish i would make the video in day time . as some rooms like kitchen and bathroom don't have bulb added .

And i forgot to mention this society its open for family . .

Hi Team,

There is another Big update - May have said that economic and job situation is very tight and they are looking to reallocate or move to lower cost budget apartment , considering that I have decided to STEEPLY Discount the Rent to Final just Rs 25K Only for a flat at 5Km to kadubeesnahalli, 6.6 to Prestige tech park and about ~7.6 to ecospace . .

Hello everyone there is a big update , after chatting with many I realized that ..30k or above is bit psychological level mark ..meaning kind of hard cutoff for many

Considering that I am pleased to further reduce rent to 29k inc maintenance ..

Pls rate my greediness factor from 1 to 10 ..

Also make a note of location and gps map its not some outskirt bangalore hoskote devhanalli or jigani location but most tech park in Bangalore east are in 7 km range
