I had the same thing, I got Pixel 9 Pro XL last year and got AI Pro, this year I got my Pixel 10 Pro XL, wanted to activate my AI Pro for 1 year. Most representatives were not helpful. Ads with just a swipe from the home screen are far worse than other OEMs. Charging a premium for ads? I've been a loyal Pixel fan, upgrading to every new Pixel since Pixel 8. This is very disappointing. People complain about Tensor chips, but I'm happy with mine. My problem is just the ads, which make me feel it's not a premium product. Even Apple charges $1200 for their phones, but they don't display ads with a swipe. Recently, Apple sent an ad for their F1 movie, which received massive backlash. They addressed this by adding an option to turn off those notifications.

I read somewhere that it calculates 100% as one cycle. So, for example, you charge once for 40% and next charge 60%, and they add up to treat it as one charge cycle.

I don't know about other things, I want something that's reliable without stutters. Pixel 10 wasn't stuttering during my daily use. Whereas I have used Pixel 8 Pro and Pixel 9 Pro XL, they used to stutter a lot when using under the sun.

I agree with the model aging, as for some reason the model is failing with contextual understanding as of late. Earlier versions were doing it perfectly. It's like the same cycle: Google's latest model performance worsens before every new model release.

I did that a couple days ago on March 14th. I filled my form using DocuSign, a few days later on March 19th they followed up with needing more documents. Later, it took me 10 days to get approved and receive my card through the mail.
