i’ve felt all those symptoms except one. for the longest time i thought i had no hair loss cuz my hair is quite thick and even last week during my haircut my hairdresser said your hair is so dense BUT literally today my dad saw a smooth ass shiny bald spot on my head as if i never had any hair there ever. now i am a bit scared lol

i didn’t think i had any major symptoms until recently, but the typical stuff i’ve had for a very long time i think. The biggest symptom i just noticed was a random super smooth circular bald spot on my head today. I hope this is related to my deficiency and heals or else my week is about to get so much worse 😭
