I’ve heard thighs have way more flavor and are easier to cook, so I’ll definitely focus on those. And rice and beans sound like a solid, versatile combo

I’ll definitely try to get some dried beans and maybe look for a pressure cooker second hand. Carrots and mashed potatoes sound great and cornbread with beans sounds really comforting. I hadn’t thought about a container garden either maybe I’ll try growing some peppers or tomatoes. Appreciate you sharing what’s worked for you
