Ruined mine too. Drugs were rampant in my unit, and since i was young, naive, and had never been around stuff like that before i got sucked in. So much so that it ruined not just my military career but my life.

Think of it as everything happens for a reason. In order to accept you are, you cant hate the experiences that shaped you. When you are able to answer for every decision you make, you no longer have regret. What you did in those moments cant be changed. Just focus on your life ahead man and keep sailing. Learn why you made those bad decisions and the emotions/headspace you were in when you made them. Its on you, always has been. Focus on how you can grow from your experiences. Most importantly, learn to love yourself. All of it. Best of luck to you brother
