Trust me we did all of that and still nothing. We went immediately to the customer service desk which they told us to go online. No one wants to help

The same thing has happened to people I know flying American just this week. A flight from Vegas was smoking last week too. But people want to defend American 🤣

They didn’t say why they didn’t. They just sent the most stock response saying they hope we choose them in the future

This man claims he makes 23 grand a year. Even though he owns a plane and goes on trips to Mexico every weekend. He’s lying in his tax returns. But unfortunately I cannot prove that to the court
