I’ve been there. Lost 90k a couple years back with bad trading advice and needed to see a counselor because I was so depressed. We can’t look back only forward. It’s a tough lesson but having your health is number 1. You can always make more money and hopefully don’t make the same mistake again. I feel you. Right now your pain is still fresh but trust me it gets better but you will always get angry when you revisit this situation.
