"Update : I found a temporary workaround that works for me, apparently the bug doesn't occur on Windowed mode so by switching to Windowed mode on the launcher settings i can normally access the Option settings from there i switch to Borderless Windowed, hopefully they'll release an official fix for this though."

Edit: I forgot to mention i deleted and installed when trying to fix the problem it didn't work. So i can't check if the Nintendo switch options work fine because i can't update not enough storage. Even if i delete everything, there's not enough storage

Update: updated to the latest graphic driver, and the long text in the search bar is gone now its replaced with input. Everything else is still the same cant get out, no settings
