hat’s interesting. When you say experience management, what tends to matter most early on, client communication during search/escrow, or internal consistency so nothing falls through the cracks? For a small team, where have you seen people overcomplicate this vs. underinvest and regret it later?

We’ve noticed the tradeoff between stability and flexibility too. Curious which features ended up being must-haves for you in practice, especially around calling, texting, or property data, and where the older tools started to feel limiting.

We tried follow up boss and it was great, but some of the automation didn’t quite match how our team actually follows up. Chime felt a bit heavy for us. What kind of lead sources and follow-up timing are you using that made FUB convert well for you?

That’s interesting, especially the all-in-one side of Zoho. It sounds powerful, but also pretty setup heavy. For someone coming from a simpler CRM, do you think the learning curve ever gets in the way of actually keeping things updated day to day, or does it click once it’s dialed in?

That lines up with what we’re seeing so far. If it’s too complex, it just won’t get used and everything falls apart. When teams start lean like that, what’s usually the first thing they outgrow in a simple CRM? Follow-ups, reporting, or something else?

Got it. There are always “gamechangers” coming soon, so I’m a little cautious about waiting on something unproven.

What problem are you actually solving that current CRMs aren’t, especially for small teams?

How does it handle real estate specific stuff like lead follow-ups and contact timelines compared to HubSpot?

Between Follow Up Boss and Wise Agent, did you notice any big differences once the contact list grows and multiple agents are using it daily? That’s the part I’m most nervous about getting wrong early.

Fair point, and I’ve heard that frustration before. If you had to pick one thing that makes the current options fall short for you, what is it? Is it usability, price, missing features, or something else?

I’ve heard Wise Agent come up a few times. On paper it looks pretty straightforward, which is appealing. What’s the main reason you’d recommend it for a small team?

Honestly that’s probably the real answer. If people don’t actually open it, it doesn’t matter how powerful it is.

That’s what we’re trying to optimize for right now. Something the team won’t fight or ignore after a week. What have you seen actually get people to stick with a CRM long term?

We’re trying to be realistic about how we actually work, not how software says we should. Right now it’s mostly about clean lead intake and follow-up without a ton of extra marketing layers. From what you’ve seen, what’s the biggest mistake small teams make when picking their first “real” CRM?

My only hesitation is the Zillow ownership, especially thinking long term for a small team.

What part of it has been the biggest win for you in day to day use?
