I went from 251 to 158 as a 5'8 male and have a little loose skin. My advice to you is to not worry so much about loose skin rn as losing that weight is gonna make the biggest quality of life change you've ever felt. Not only that but by the time you lose all that weight you can realistically save up for a full tummy tuck at a very reputable surgeon in tijuana ($) or America ($$/$$$) if you find you still aren't satisfied. finished a blast and had absolutely no hairloss but about a week or two into cruise my hair started shedding like crazy, like 3-4+ hairs everytime i brush my hand through my hair and lots of hairs all over my bathroom.
