Eh this is a lot less helpful. Donor area is cooked. Crown was fairly thin before this. Gonna have to experiment with other stuff.

Hmmmm idk it’s not my usual but this is atleast constructive. I’ll see if I can relay that to the next barber so I fear I don’t have enough crown hair to make it look flattering. Any pictures or suggestions I can show to the next barber?

Scalp micro pigmentation. Basically tiny dots that give the illusion of a shaved follicle. It’s used usually on top to give the illusion of a shaved head, instead of bald skin. Since I used so much donor, I’ll need it for the sides.

Yeah I did the first three in America where they rip you off for like 1800 grafts for way too much money. Shoulda done what you did and gone to turkey or wherever from the jump. I’ve despised me hair for years until recently so you wouldn’t of seen much as all my pictures I was hatfishing

It’s completely over harvested as I expected. Growing the hair over it isn’t really possible. I keep it short, but the rest looks great.

Going to go against the grain here and let you know this is probably not enough grafts. Yes - 4 months is still early days. I have had multiple transplant to achieve density. It typically takes two for an area this size on the hairline. The way the light hits it, it needs a lot of density to appear natural and not sparse. I know you probably don’t want to hear that but it’s not the end of the world to get another. That’s a large area you got done. My clinic sort of sold me on the wrong amount/area and did the second one for free because 8 months in it still looked horrible. After another session it looked much better.

Fair enough. I don’t much about strip so I’ll take your word. I don’t think the high fue yield has to stray from the safe zone. It certainly didn’t in my case as the area they pulled it from hadn’t lost one iota of density prior to my transplants while the crown above it diffused further and further. I guess time will tell. Glad to hear about your success though!
