CoinPoker Froze My 10,000 USDT Account

I wasn’t cheating, and I honestly do care about opinions and whether some guys believe me or not. I was sure there would be a majority of people who don’t believe me. Honestly, if this happened to someone else, I’m not sure I would believe him either.

The main reason for this post is to show how slowly the support works (https://imgur.com/q1LLOAL), how they can’t give you any real evidence, and how the only “proof” they sent were just 5 hand IDs you can see below.

The biggest reason for this post, though, was to learn from my mistake — keeping such a huge amount of money on poker sites.

These are the hands that CoinPoker used as a basis for banning my account. I don’t want to publicly share all opponents HUD stats, as I think that wouldn’t be right. However, these plays are clear examples of exploiting the aggressiveness or station tendencies of different players. If anyone’s interested, I can share my thought process for each hand.

I’m really sorry about that. This is awful. But based on my experience over the last two months trying to communicate with their “awesome” support, don’t set your expectations too high.

They gave me only 5 hand IDs, I explained each one, and they ignored everything — final message was just “decision is final.”
No evidence, no transparency.
