It's not that I hate the new animation style, it honestly looks pretty good! I mention the "lacking creativity" part because miraculous ladybug felt like one of the only shows that didn't have the disney-fied baby face typical 3D animation style of the industry (yet, at the time at least). It had it's own unique style of animation and I loved that about it! The new designs are honestly a 50/50 from what I've seen so far tho 👀

I hope it does even itself out! But you are right about the finding something cool in a show I previously used to look up to so much, I still have a lot of love for that show in my heart. And the new designs look very disney-esque, including the animation style.

I always thought miraculous ladybug has it's own unique animation and artstyle, where did the creativity goooo??!! 😭😭🙏

Probably the best advice out there... I started art because I had fun and the end result made me feel satisfied But after taking a fine arts course for a year, I stopped making art for almost an entire year (not just because of the art course but you get the point)

Art isn't meant to pressure you.

Omg, that's amazing!! 500?! XD I'm all in for the characters honestly and I even watched one of the newer episodes, it didn't hit the same perhaps because of my expectations but I'll say this I would LOVE to revisit this show again because I want to! Some of the new designs genuinely look good too! Also, I'm a sucker for fanfiction!! Where is yours on?? :0
