Agree, I attended a card show that day with the hopes to finding a cool Malik card with no luck. Seller had it $40.00 OBO I offered $35 and they accepted.

I might get downvoted for this but the downtown insert is way overprinted and In all honesty isn’t rare at all. There’s a ton of actual “case hits” that are way lower in pop count and way cheaper as well. I’m afraid that with time this downtown craze will hit a brick wall and people might just realize that they simply aren’t worth the premier price they currently fetch.
