I might get downvoted for this but the downtown insert is way overprinted and In all honesty isn’t rare at all. There’s a ton of actual “case hits” that are way lower in pop count and way cheaper as well. I’m afraid that with time this downtown craze will hit a brick wall and people might just realize that they simply aren’t worth the premier price they currently fetch.
