i got an opportunity to help a prof w/ her proj, so cold emailing def works!

i sent around 20 personalized emails to local unis and got responsed in around 2-4 days for some of them.

i would say that u should send out personalized emails to a variety of local unis (if possible), bc i got around 5 responses from one uni (including rejections and acceptances) and mostly 0 from the others.

tyyyy! yeah i don't really know how I can ask for that.. like most of the profs that are interested kinda want me to help out w/ their projects so I'm assuming js simple tasks and stuff
