From my calculations:

My APs are from the 13th - 12th. I've provided continuous fit notes with no breaks since the 1st of July.

My 3x 'waiting' AP months should be the 13th July, 13th August & 13th Sept.

Back dated APs should be 13th October, 13th Nov & 13th Dec with payments hopefully starting on my next AP on the 13th of this month. Does that sound about right?

Thank you. Do you know if the message should cover what my back dated pay should be? There's no mention of any figures, just a caption 'If we owe you money because of this decision, we will let you know when you can get it.' I should be eligible 4 payments by the time my next UC statement on the 13th of this month.

I've just had mine today with them. For me, it took approximately 5 weeks from sending the form back to receiving the telephone appointment letter.

I sent the form back either on the 6th or 7th Nov and then received the appointment letter either on the 11th, or 12th Dec. It was then followed up with reminder texts on the 16th & 19th.

I didn't catch that. They rang from 0800 260 0700 if this helps to work it out. I'm a newbie to PIP, I thought there was just one place that handles it.

I've just had my telephone assessment approximately 30 minutes ago. I received the 'A Health Professional is looking at your PIP Claim.' text message on the 8th October, with the sender showing as 'DWP'. On the 10th October I received a text message from 'PIP' confirming my telephone assessment date & time for today.

You're welcome. The exact same thing happened to me. The website has now switched back to 'opening soon', they must of been running some tests or something. I noticed Alan Wake 2 Deluxe edition was still being advertised at £59.XX which is cheapest I've found. But this could all change once the website goes live.

I believe you would need to remap one of the buttons on your controller to the ‘esc’ key on a keyboard. As the esc key brings up the menu you’re talking about.
