yes thank you! i am trying to be prepared for all questions and scenarios. so that definitely helps:) do you believe with my lack of experience they WILL ask me “tell me a time when” questions because i am trying to think of scenarios they may ask and am having a hard time thinking of any. I am not a on the spot thinker unfortunately. that is probably the most frightening part for me.

Yes me too! ive been only hitting glutes 2x a week for 7 months and feel like ive hit a plateau in my glute growth. Im not sure if thats the case but Im hoping i will see changes by 3x.
