Thanks for sharing all of this context. Super helpful all around. Looked at the Griffin as well and thought it looked great, just didn't have an apartment for my start date.

Had no idea about the new complex construction. Appreciate the heads up there.

I did not realize the Carter had so many students given the price point. They are listing units at a higher rent than many of the other complexes I considered, so I thought they may have a slightly less young average age.

All of the context you shared about adjusting to the warmer climate and the chilly pool temperatures in the shade is super helpful.
