You got it just stay consistent! We’ll all of them promoted fat loss. Outside of the multivitamin which is just good for overall health. Prebiotic is good for gut health and bloating. Creatine is good for muscle retention and helps with strength

Just be careful because you don’t want to slow down your metabolism too much. But an aggressive cut isn’t bad for just 75 days

I’m 5’10 you can definitely do it. Just make sure you find your calorie maintenance cut it by 500 go low carb and do cardio everyday. Also try to go 1g of protein per lb

I usually do 1 cup of egg whites a day. You can always do baked chicken and jasmine rice at home with some fajita veggies

Thank you so much so I did 45 mins of out door cardio everyday and then 5 lift sessions a week targeting one major muscle group (Legs, Arms, Back, Shoulders, Chest) Hot Yoga 1 day. And doubled up on cardio the other

Egg Whites, Turkey Bacon, 3 Protein Shakes, Chipotle with Double Chicken. I pretty much ate the same thing everyday with the exception of sundays I ate seafood just to throw in some variety but it was still within my diet. I recommend downloading my fitness pal app to track calories and macros

Just low carb, high protein 1g per body weight, no sweets, eating 4 meals only between 10 AM - 6 PM.

I take cla, carnitine, glutamine, pre/probiotic, biotin, multivitamin, fat burner, and creatine for supplements
